Ingredients:
4 lb. plus 5 oz. red snapper 12 scallops 12 mussels 2 oz. sesame oil 2 scallion bunches, chopped 1 garlic clove, pared, minced 1 gingerroot, small pieces, sliced 6 baby bok choy stalks 5 Asian cucumbers 1 small daikon, parisienne 1 lb. plus 2 oz. rice noodles salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Dress and fillet snapper; place with scallops and mussels in bowl. Combine sesame oil, scallions, garlic and ginger; pour over seafood. Cover; refrigerate for 1 hour. Place seafood in steamer; add bok choy, cucumbers, daikon and noodles; steam until fish reaches desired doneness. Season.
