Ingredients:
4 oz. ground salmon 1 egg white 3 tbsp. heavy cream 1 white bread slice, crust removed, finely chopped 1 tbsp. parsley or dill, chopped Nutmeg, to taste salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Make sure salmon, egg white and cream are well chilled. Place salmon in chilled blender or food processor; process until smooth. Gradually incorporate egg white and cream; blend in remaining ingredients. Check consistency; refrigerate.
