Salmon Mousse

Ingredients:

4 oz. smoked salmon trimmings
1 hard-cooked egg
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
salt and pepper, to taste
4 oz. heavy cream


Instructions:

Place salmon and egg in blender or food processor; process until smooth. Work in cream cheese; season. Whip cream to stiff peaks; fold into salmon mixture.
